Merc Majah

"Merc! Merc! Merc! Merc!" says the gritty chant over eerie pianos. At only 24, Merc Majah(major) has a story to tell about the other side of Hawaii. The Waianae native encompasses the logic of a veteran gangster and the heart of someone who has never been shot five times.

Unfortunately, that is a reality. After being shot, Merc decided he had to save his own life and create a better one for his son through music. He left Houston and headed back to Hawaii to drop his first serious mixtape *The W* hosted by DJ Smalls with an appearance from YMCMB artist Glasses Malone. His single *Dirty Dirty Waianae* gives the gory tale of the Westside of Hawaii, a remake of Big Teeze's  hit song of the same title. Majah not only has music for the streets, his second single "H.I. Life" a feel good island joint solidifies him as a true hip-hopper.

His latest single "The Realest" is now circulating across the states. With heavy club play in the south, his management is now setting up tour dates and interviews. Over production from TailorMade, DWeezy, P-Shawn, & Keyz Da Don; Merc's next project is one to look out for.
